Ingredients:
For Dough:
Rice Flour: 2 Bowls
Fenugreek(Methi) Leaves chopped: 1 Bowl
Coriander Leaves chopped: Quarter Bowl
Onions chopped(Medium sized): 2
Green Chilies fine chopped: 2
Salt: To taste
Red chilly powder: 1 tea spoon (you can put more according to your taste)
Method:
Step 1: Mix all the ingredients mentioned above using water, make a dough like roti's(Flat Bread) dough.
Step 2: Take a portion out from the dough.
Step 3: While rolling the roti put dry rice flour properly else it will stick.
Step 4: Roll out the dough like roti.
Step 5: Put it on tava(Hot Plate) and cook it properly, put some oil on roti.
Step 6: Your Dodha is ready, it can be served with curds sprinkled with pepper and salt.
P. S. Instead of Fenugreek leaves, you can put finely chopped potatoes and follow the same procedure.
