Ingredients:
Onions(Medium Sized): 2
Tomato(Medium Sized): 1 and half
Palak(Spinach Leaves): 1 big bowl
Coriander Leaves: Quarter of Spinach
Green Chilies: 2
Paneer: 100 grams
Fresh Cream
Oil: 6 table spoons

Masala Items:
Kitchen King Masala: 2 tea spoons
Salt: To taste
Red Chilly Powder: To Taste
Turmeric Powder: Half tea spoon
Cumin Powder: 2 tea spoons
Kasuri Methi: 1 tea spoon
Method:
Step 1: Put oil in pan and heat it.
Step 3: Put grinded Onions in the hot oil.
Step 4: Saute grinded Onions and oil till Onions turn light brown and add grinded Tomatoes to it.
Step 1: Put oil in pan and heat it.
Step 2: Grind Onions and Tomatoes coarsely in a grinder(separately).
Step 4: Saute grinded Onions and oil till Onions turn light brown and add grinded Tomatoes to it.
Step 5: Saute the mixture till it leaves oil.
Step 6: Soak spinach leaves in water for half an hour and boil it. Grind boiled Spinach leaves, Coriander leaves and Green Chilies in grinder without water.
Step 7: Add grinded mixture to the masala in pan.
Step 8: Add all the masalas given in masala section, cook for a while and add paneer to it.
Step 9: Cook this mixture till it leaves oil. Put cream at the end.
Palak Paneer is read to serve, it can be served with hot phulkas.
Onion salad is the best combination for it.
Onion Salad:
Chop Onions length wise add Salt, Red Chilly powder and Lemon, Mix well.
