Samosa Pinewheels

Ingredients
For Dough:
Maida (All Purpose Flour): 1 Cup
Ajwain: 1 Tea Spoon
Salt: To Taste
Oil: 4 Table Spoon 

For Filling:

Potatoes (Boiled & Mashed): 3
Green Peas (Boiled & Mashed): Quarter Bowl
Green Chilies: 2 
Ginger, Garlic and Green Chilly Paste: 1 Tea Spoon
Salt: To Taste
Jeera Powder: Half Tea Spoon
Coriander Leaves(Chopped) 

Refined oil to fry Pine Wheels 

Procedure:

Step 1: Mix all the ingredients of dough, add enough water and make a dough(it should be
             little hard). Keep the dough aside for half an hour to set.

Step 2: Mix all the ingredients of filling and mash them again. 

Step 3: Roll the dough like roti and spread the dough on the entire roti.

Step 4: Roll out the roti with filling like this:
Step 5: Apply hot oil on knife and cut the Pine Wheels.


Step 6: Give proper shape to the cut Pine Wheel using hand.



Step 7: Deep fry the Pine Wheels in hot oil till they turn golden brown.


Step 8: Tasty Pine Wheels are ready to serve, it can be served with Tomato Ketchup or green chutney.
